Join our group of passionate advocates in improving the lives of youth! Rite of Passage is hiring a Transportation Officer at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona.
After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
Responsibilities
Transport students to and from off‑site appointments as part of the Student Services Team.
Support the youth by creating a positive, safe and supportive environment.
Maintain a professional schedule and shift compliance.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am‑5pm
A shift 8am‑9pm
B shift 8am‑9pm
Schedule subject to change based on program needs.
Benefits & Compensation
Pay: $17.00 an hour
Medical, Dental, Vision
Company paid Life Insurance within 90 days
401k match up to 6% after 1 year of employment
Paid Time Off accrues immediately
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1 year working with at‑risk youth in a child welfare or agency setting
Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Licenses:
Valid Driver's License and clean record; passing criminal background check, drug screen (THC not tested), physical, TB test; search of child abuse central registry
Preferred:
CDL License
