The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control while adhering to Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
