Onsite Event Sponsorship & Exhibit Sales Manager - Global Event Series in Marketing, Media and Advertising Industry
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Sponsorship & Exhibition Manager to manage Sponsorship and Exhibition Clients and also oversee the Remote Sales Contractor Team.
The role involves onsite participation at international and domestic events, including 18 Digital Marketing, Media, and Advertising Conferences and Exhibitions from August to November (https://digimarcon.com/events/), held in locations such as London, Amsterdam, Dublin, Barcelona, and Dubai.
The candidate will support event management, assist with setup and teardown, and handle sponsorship and exhibition activities. Travel, accommodation, food, and insurance will be provided. The role requires flexibility for a period of just under 3 months away from late August to late November, working with a team of three travelers. Remote Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with event organizers, teams, and third-party sponsorship contractors
Supporting sales and sponsorship, maintaining sponsor and exhibitor relationships
Managing CRM and shared files
Allocating leads to contractors
Developing and maintaining relationships with high-value clients
Recruiting and managing remote contractors worldwide
Other sponsorship activities as needed
Pre-sale activities:
Researching and acquiring sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers
Other pre-sale sponsorship activities
Post-sale and onsite activities:
Handling logistical fulfillment of sponsored items
Supporting sponsors and exhibitors post-sale
Assisting with setup, event support, and teardown onsite
Managing onsite sponsorship, exhibition, and partner relations
Engaging in live social media marketing during events
Post-event activities:
Follow-up calls with sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers
Re-signing clients for future events
Requirements:
Residency in the United States
Event management experience
US passport and driver’s license
Availability to travel from late August to late November for approximately three months
After November, the role shifts to remote work until March, then onsite participation for 2026 events.
