Network Analyst

This position is responsible for supporting the network infrastructure in a large, complex, global environment. It requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and discipline within a production environment. Key Job Responsibilities Serve as escalation point for Desktop Support Techs, providing advanced troubleshooting and research for all IT and global users. Support level 2 network issues, including Cisco switches, wireless, and Aruba routers. Monitor tickets, resolve incidents, and escalate as needed. Configure and support network hardware such as switches, VLANs, and ports. Maintain and monitor network tools like SolarWinds, analyze bandwidth, and escalate circuit issues. Coordinate with vendors for network drops and circuit installations. Participate in on-call rotation. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years supporting a large, global WAN/LAN environment. Experience with SD-WAN, Cisco security appliances, and enterprise network security policies. Knowledge of networking technologies, TCP/IP, Layer2 and Layer3 Cisco switches. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with remote teams. Excellent organizational skills and experience with network monitoring tools. Willingness to work occasional evening/night shifts and travel as needed. Additional Information The role offers a salary range of $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and location.
