As a
RevOps Analyst , you will play a critical role in aligning our revenue-generating teamsSales, Marketing, and Account Managementto improve processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and drive revenue growth. If you're passionate about optimizing business operations and love working in a dynamic startup environment, we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
Data & Analytics: Build and maintain revenue-related reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. CRM & Tech Stack Management: Optimize and maintain CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Quoting, other RevOps tools to improve efficiency. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in revenue processes and implement solutions to enhance workflows. Performance Insights: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Strategic Planning: Support go-to-market initiatives and revenue growth strategies by providing data-driven recommendations.
What Were Looking For
Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and revenue analytics tools. Data-driven mindset with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. Experience in the legal tech or SaaS industry is a plus but not required.
