Overview About the Role The Senior Hospital Application Analyst develops and manages complex projects. Oversees the planning, development, implementation and support of hospital information systems. Supervises analyst/project staff. Develops testing strategies according to system build and downstream system requirements. Oversees and assists the hospital with the development of a training plan. Responsibilities

What Youll Do Develops and manages complex projects Ensures system compliance with all regulatory agencies as appropriate Creates an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of people, builds mutual trust, facilitates respect, cooperation and teamwork, and supports constructive resolution of conflicts. Performs other related duties as assigned. This position is Hybrid. Qualifications

What Youll Bring Required: Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Science, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in information systems with preference given to candidates within a hospital environment. Prior Epic experience is highly desirable. Must complete certification on an Epic application specified by management within 6 months of training. Ability to develop and manage complex project work plans.

Direct experience with electronic medical records is a plus. Management or supervisory experience is preferred. Demonstrates interpersonal skills working in a service-oriented environment

Excellent oral and written skills. Capable of functioning in a team environment. Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements. Additional relevant experience, systems or clinical work may be substituted for information systems experience.
