Open to candidates willing to relocate Key Responsibilities: Design and develop self-service IVR chatbot solutions using
Genesys Cloud CX Build and enhance
voice and non-voice applications
(e.g., SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot) Work with
APIs
to integrate with back-end systems for dynamic customer interactions Deliver
Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing
using Genesys Architect and Bot Flows Implement
speech-enabled self-service menus
and support
treatment-based routing Collaborate across teams to build intuitive, analytics-driven voice experiences Required Skills: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in
Genesys Cloud CX IVR and bot development Experience with both
voice and non-voice channel development Strong understanding of
self-service design ,
dynamic menus , and
API integrations Solid grasp of
Genesys Cloud CX architecture
and integration capabilities Experience delivering
Omni-channel routing and orchestration solutions Nice to Have: Genesys Cloud CX certification
in any area (Inbound, Outbound, Chat, Integration, etc.) Experience with
self-service analytics
and
speech interface optimization Seniority level
