The Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Software Engineer to help build high-visibility enterprise capabilities that support our diverse software landscape. While this role spans full-stack technologies, there is a strong emphasis on back-end development, particularly with .NET. As a key contributor to our enterprise technology platform, youll help drive business value through modern architectures and emerging technologies. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and the creation of best-in-class experiences for our engineering community. Join us and be part of a growing team shaping the future of enterprise software! This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week). Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings, or other in-person events. .NET & REST expertise Microservices experience Familiarity with API specification and practices Automated unit, integration, and regression testing CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy, and release code to the cloud Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and best practices Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions Practical Experience With One Or More Of The Following: Enterprise AI/LLM Engineering (Prompt Engineering, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, etc.) Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred) Event-driven design (Azure Service Bus / NServiceBus) Salary Statement
The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $147,000/year. The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend based on individual circumstances. Benefits
