$51–$56/hour (W2, based on experience)

2 Rounds We’re looking for a skilled
Instructional Designer
to join our client’s training team and support the development of impactful learning materials for new technology implementations. This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally and apply modern instructional design techniques in a high-visibility project. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and define objectives • Design and develop digital learning content: eLearning (Articulate Storyline/Rise 360), ILT, and blended learning • Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical content • Apply instructional design models and adult learning theories • Leverage multimedia tools and platforms to enrich the learner experience • Evaluate learning solutions and implement improvements as needed • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all training formats Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience creating training materials • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar eLearning tools • Experience working under Change and Training Leads • Familiarity with UKG Pro (formerly Dimensions) strongly preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Experience delivering or facilitating training is a plus
