A clinically competent, registered nurse who utilizes the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide safe, therapeutic care to patients. Services are provided for acutely ill patients with medical/surgical diagnoses or maternal child health, which are the primary reasons for admission. The nurse functions as a member of the interdisciplinary and nursing teams, carrying out established nursing procedures and performing nursing care for patients with complex, multisystem needs. Demonstrates investment in the overall forward movement of the unit and the organization, and applies good interpersonal and communication skills to achieve organizational service goals of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment. Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Nursing or graduate of a nursing program Minimum of 1 year acute care experience Current RN license in California Basic computer skills Required Certifications: RN (CA Board of Registered Nursing), BLS Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Compensation
The hourly rate range is $48.41 - $76.69. The final offer considers experience, education, key skills, and organizational factors.
