The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring sales growth within a specific geographic area. They develop sales strategies, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify new sales opportunities. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding business within the assigned territory. RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel routinely to visit new and existing customers to acquire and retain clients, assess needs, and generate additional sales Identify and qualify new business opportunities using available resources Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and requests Present products to prospective customers in small and large groups Maintain and update customer databases accurately Use system reports to identify additional sales opportunities Prepare expense reports and manage projects timely Keep management and sales team informed of relevant activities Perform other sales duties as assigned by management Participate in industry events and trade shows to build customer relationships PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds REQUIREMENTS: Experience in B2B sales, addressing customer concerns, and providing solutions Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in field sales Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of B2B technical sales experience Self-motivated, team-oriented, results-driven Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus Proficient in MS Office Strong technical presentation skills and ability to demonstrate product use Ability to travel domestically and internationally within the US and Europe BENEFITS: Competitive salary with growth opportunities Complete benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, and retirement contributions Paid time off and holidays On-site subsidized lunch
