Sr Product Manager/Product Manager–Surgical Med Device
Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Annual bonus and other compensation will be discussed with the recruiter.
Opportunity:
In this newly created Senior Product Manager or Product Manager role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to drive commercial adoption. You’ll develop branding, positioning and messaging as well as create collateral materials. You’ll develop surgeon KOLs and educate customers and the sales team on the portfolio’s benefits and features. You will also gather commercial data to track portfolio growth, competitive intelligence for the segment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive adoption of the surgical device portfolio in the US and other global regions.
Create and maintain positioning, messaging, and collateral assets to support sales enablement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, medical affairs, regulatory, engineering, finance) to align marketing programs with commercial objectives.
Engage key surgeon and patient KOLs to gather insights, drive thought leadership, and support portfolio differentiation.
Track and analyze commercial and competitive intelligence to measure portfolio performance and inform future marketing initiatives.
Present marketing performance and strategy insights to executive leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
5+ years marketing experience in medical device, with downstream marketing expertise for a surgical product.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Strong presentation skills and executive presence; comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
Experience working in cross‑functional, matrixed environments.
