This is a full-time role, hybrid work model, based in Tysons, VA (two days in office per week), helping support web builds and digital marketing initiatives, while supporting brand and creative projects as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

Own website and digital projects from kickoff through launch: scope, scheduling, budgets, and resources.

Act as the day‑to‑day liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams to keep communication clear and projects on track.

Support QA reviews, content management, and developer handoffs to ensure smooth execution.

Support digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels with clear timelines and deliverables.

Monitor project health: manage shifting priorities, flag risks, and drive solutions before they become problems.

Collaborate on brand and creative initiatives when needed, ensuring integration across key touchpoints.

Skills and Talents

2–4 years of project management or web/digital production experience; agency background is a plus.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), basic SEO, and web structures.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira (required), plus Figma, Marker.io, Trello, or Asana.

Understanding of digital marketing workflows for email campaigns, content publishing, paid media deliverables.

Strong communication skills for bridging gaps between clients, strategists, designers, and developers.

Comfort with budgeting, resourcing, and scoping web and digital marketing initiatives.

Attributes

You’re curious about how websites and digital projects work — and want to get more technical over time.

You enjoy collaborating with both technical and marketing teammates, translating strategy into tasks and tech into plain English.

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple digital projects without losing track.

You’re proactive and solutions‑oriented — you anticipate what’s next, not just react to what’s happening.

You care about quality and user experience across web and digital marketing platforms.

You thrive in fast‑moving environments and adapt quickly when priorities change.

Education and Experience

Hands‑on experience managing website or digital marketing projects end‑to‑end.

Prior exposure to an agency or client‑facing role is highly preferred.
