Our Financial Services practice is looking for a Director to join the team. The role focuses on Data, Risk, Technology Strategy and U.S. regulation, and offers equity partnership potential.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and lead the development of client relationships and business engagement opportunities.
Lead delivery of client projects and programs, working side‑by‑side with client teams.
Contribute to the evolution of Baringa’s global and local growth strategy.
Actively engage in acquisition of new team members and talent.
Mentor and advise less experienced team members.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in a consulting role with experience in financial services.
Expertise in Data, Risk, Technology Strategy, U.S. regulation, Climate, & Sustainability.
Proven track record in building client relationships, identifying opportunities and closing engagements.
Knowledge of industry operating models, process, technology and change.
Value‑focused mindset with high‑impact solutions.
Strong background in management‑consulting methodologies and entrepreneurial growth focus.
Benefits
Base Salary: $235,000 – $280,000
