Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and patient‑focused
Periodontist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality periodontal care, implant services, and work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
Perform periodontal evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Treat periodontal disease through nonsurgical and surgical procedures (e.g., scaling and root planing, osseous surgery, soft tissue grafting).
Place and restore dental implants.
Manage periodontal maintenance and follow‑up care.
Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care.
Educate patients on periodontal health, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to compliance and safety protocols.
Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency program.
Active MA state dental license and specialty certification.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and patient‑management abilities.
Commitment to high‑quality, ethical patient care.
