Located in New York, New York. This executive‑level, full‑time position focuses on product execution within our Wealth Services Platform team.
Responsibilities
Strategic analysis: Lead independent and team research and analysis to support key strategic business decisions, including target market and client prioritization, product development prioritization and design decisions, buy/build/partner analysis and execution, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Execution leadership: Guide cross‑functional teams – product, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders – to execute business priorities in an agile manner. Serve as convener and leader to inform internal and external stakeholders and build alignment for a shared vision.
Client and market engagement: Act as a senior representative when engaging with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Develop go‑to‑market strategy, provide thought leadership, and lead partnership efforts with third parties.
Qualifications

Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to convey ideas to varied audiences and rally associates.

Benefits & Compensation BNY offers a competitive compensation package. Base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $179,000 per year, plus performance‑based incentives, bonuses, and benefits. Additional paid leave and volunteer time are available.
