We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President – Wealth Services, Alternatives & Private Markets Solutions Product Manager to join our Alternatives and Private Markets Solutions Group within the Wealth Services Platform team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives – prioritize initiatives, set goals, and establish evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery.
Understand clients’ needs and objectives; introduce new ways of working, drive productivity, and solicit feedback.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (UX, Engineering, Business groups) to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
Drive product innovation by staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Define product metrics, measure performance, and leverage data to inform decision‑making.
Manage a team of Product Owners and scrum teams to deliver high‑quality features.
Write clear, unambiguous user stories for development teams and maintain artifacts documenting requirements, risks, and decisions.
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of features—from backend systems through user interface—facilitating iterative testing and feedback.
Identify and document stakeholder expectations across Technology, Asset Servicing, Fund Accounting, Custody, Investment Management, Compliance, and end‑users.
Qualifications
Possesses curiosity to ask hard questions, explore new ideas, and continuously learn and research to meet goals.
Strong communicator and influencer; able to tailor your message to any audience and rally associates around your vision.

Experience with operational processes and requirements (regulatory, compliance) for private markets and alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and hedge funds.
Experience with legal, regulatory, and operational workflows associated with subscribing, transferring, and redeeming private market and alternative investment products.
Knowledge of transfer agency and fund administration services for private equity, private credit, real estate, and hedge funds.

Base salary: $102,000–$210,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Additional compensation may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
