Locum Physician – Gastroenterology

Assignment:
9‑12 months, 1‑2 weeks per month coverage.
Scheduling:
8 am–8 pm in‑house shifts with 8 pm–8 am on‑call coverage.
Patient Volume:
15–20 patients per day with 5 procedures daily.
Procedures:
Upper GI endoscopy, foreign body removal, PEG procedures required; colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy preferred.
Call:
15‑minute response time, 0‑10 phone consults during call hours, 1‑3 overnight callbacks weekly.
Pay:
Negotiated, deposited weekly.
