Responsibilities
Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials remotely as required.
Provide legal advice and strategy to clients regarding workers' compensation claims.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive case management.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' compensation defense.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
