The Role Executive Assistant to COO

The Money $120k - $150k Base + amazing benefits

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary gatekeeper and partner to the COO in a highly active, meeting-heavy environment
Manage extensive scheduling, preparation, briefing materials, and follow-through on action items
Coordinate and support domestic and international travel
Ensure the COO is always prepped, organized, and positioned for success
Help manage the day-to-day operations of a 10-person office, ensuring a smooth, professional environment
Support meeting logistics, presentations, materials, and communications
Anticipate needs, resolve problems quickly, and maintain calm, poise, and professionalism under pressure
