Seattle Storm The Account Executive is responsible for selling new season ticket memberships, partial ticket plans, group tickets, and premium experiences for Seattle Storm Basketball games. Responsibilities
Sell Storm season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets and premium hospitality. Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service. Outreach to current and past customers and cold-call new sales leads to generate sales. Contact local businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans and group ticket plans. Work during all Seattle Storm home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game. Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals established by management. Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers. Utilize CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, and productivity. Ability to work a flexible on location schedule, which includes home games, nights, and weekends. Other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Prior sales experience in sports, media and/or direct sales is preferred; prior CRM technical experience a plus. Proficient in Archtics, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office tools, and Spinzo. Equal Employment Opportunity
