The Sales Coordinator administers proposals, contracts, and written correspondence in conjunction with the Sales team to communicate contractual information, event details, and program changes to appropriate hotel operating departments and partnering teams.Creating a Team Member experience where you belong no matter what race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status that makes you, you is a daily focus for us.2 years of experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.2 years of previous experience working with event coordination, catering, or sales departments preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Headquartered in New York City, Loews Hotels & Co is rooted in deep heritage in the hotel industry and excellence in service.
