A well‑established and highly respected San Diego law firm is seeking a Family Law Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic and collaborative team. This is a full‑time position for a motivated attorney with 1–5 years of family law experience who is ready to take ownership of complex cases while contributing to a team‑driven environment focused on client excellence and professional development.
Responsibilities
Manage and assist in all phases of family law litigation from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, financial disclosures, mediation briefs, and trial documents.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, and discovery responses.
Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Participate in client meetings and maintain consistent communication.
Track billable time and maintain accurate case documentation.
Work collaboratively with supervising attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes.
Qualifications
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
1–5 years of experience handling family law matters.
Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
Confident courtroom presence and experience handling motions and discovery.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and maintain a high‑quality work product.
Team‑oriented professional with a proactive and positive attitude.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
