Corporate M&A Attorneys
to join their fast‑growing team. The firm handles
complex corporate and real estate matters .
The firm is hiring for two levels:
Mid‑Level Associate:
3–6 years of corporate law experience .
Senior Associate / Junior Partner: 7+ years of experience with a
proven track record in mergers and acquisitions work .
This position requires 1900 billable hours and offers a competitive salary range of
$150,000–$220,000 , based on experience. Attorneys also
receive discretionary bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and relocation assistance
if needed.
