The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, full-time

OB/GYN Generalist Physician to serve as Medical Director .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES This position will be 100% clinical teaching and located at UC’s West Chester Hospital.

From our centrally located UC Medical Center to our state-of-the-art West Chester Hospital, UC Health delivers the absolute best in treatment and care. Candidates should have an interest in developing and maintaining an active clinical practice, medical student and resident teaching, and other academic or research activities. Clinical work consists of a combination of clinic, OR, and labor and delivery. Research is not mandatory, only if the candidate has an interest.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Medical Degree (MD or DO).

Completion of a board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.

Ohio medical license upon date of hire.

Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.

Candidates will be expected to be fully boarded in both within five (5) years.

Academic background and experience that would qualify applicant for academic rank of Assistant/Associate Professor.

Eligible for unrestricted Medical Staff Privileges at UC Health.
