KBR (formerly LinQuest) is the prime contractor on the MSEIT contract. By applying to this position, you are in consideration for KBR employment. You also have the option to be hired by one of our subcontractor teammates.
KBR is seeking a motivated Associate Systems Integrator to support the MSEIT contract at Space Systems Command (SSC). This position provides critical day‐to‐day coordination and program management support to the systems engineering and integration (SE&I) and Agile delivery teams.
The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Center (SSC). We support the Space Force’s acquisition of state‐of‐the‐art satellite communication systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation’s warfighters.

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
Support planning, facilitation, and documentation of recurring working groups, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and follow‐up actions to ensure closure and accountability.
Integration Support:
Assist the SE&I and program leadership teams in coordinating technical and programmatic activities across development, cyber, DevOps, and operations disciplines.
Procurement Coordination:
Support tracking and coordination of software‐related procurement actions, including license renewals, subscription management, and purchase requests.
License & Asset Tracking:
Maintain visibility into software licensing, seat utilization, and expiration schedules to ensure uninterrupted tool availability across teams.
Status & Reporting:
Collect, organize, and synthesize program status inputs; develop summary charts, dashboards, and other visual materials for internal and external reporting.
Cross‐Team Collaboration:
Coordinate among software, systems, and mission stakeholders to maintain alignment and awareness of dependencies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Interface with users, mission partners, OA representatives, and other government and contractor stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
Tool & Workflow Adaptability:
Operate effectively within heterogeneous collaboration ecosystems—MS Teams, Slack, Mattermost, Jira, Confluence, and others—bridging communication across diverse technical and organizational environments.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline coordination processes, improve document traceability, and enhance overall program communication efficiency.

Qualifications Required:
Active Secret clearance required for this position
Technical Bachelor’s Degree
3–5 years of experience in program coordination, systems integration, or project support within a technical or defense environment.
Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile practices and terminology (Scrum, PI planning, backlog management).
Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Slack, Mattermost, and SharePoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing presentation materials for leadership audiences.
Desired:
Prior experience supporting DoD acquisition, SE&I, or Space Systems Command (SSC) programs.
Knowledge of SATCOM systems, networks, or mission operations. Exposure to SAFe® or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Familiarity with DevOps, cloud‐native, or Kubernetes‐based environments.
Experience supporting configuration management or asset tracking activities.
Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Agilist, or other relevant certification (or willingness to pursue).
TS/SCI eligibility preferred
Basic Compensation Basic Compensation: $102,000‒$127,000 in California
