SAIC is seeking a motivated Associate Systems Integrator to support the MSEIT contract at Space Systems Command (SSC). In this role, you will provide essential day‑to‑day coordination and program management support to the Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) and Agile delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will assist in organizing multi‑contractor efforts, supporting software and tool procurement, maintaining status tracking and communication workflows, and promoting integration awareness across all program teams. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a systems integration or program management leadership role within a high‑visibility Department of Defense (DoD) software and systems engineering program.

The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Center (SSC). We support the Space Force’s acquisition of state‑of‑the‑art satellite communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation’s warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams, using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination:

Support planning, facilitation, and documentation of recurring working groups, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and follow‑up actions to ensure closure and accountability.

Integration Support:

Assist the SE&I and program leadership teams in coordinating technical and programmatic activities across development, cyber, DevOps, and operations disciplines.

Procurement Coordination:

Support tracking and coordination of software‑related procurement actions, including license renewals, subscription management, and purchase requests.

License & Asset Tracking:

Maintain visibility into software licensing, seat utilization, and expiration schedules to ensure uninterrupted tool availability across teams.

Status & Reporting:

Collect, organize, and synthesize program status inputs; develop summary charts, dashboards, and other visual materials for internal and external reporting.

Cross‑Team Collaboration:

Coordinate among software, systems, and mission stakeholders to maintain alignment and awareness of dependencies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Interface with users, mission partners, OA representatives, and other government and contractor stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.

Tool & Workflow Adaptability:

Operate effectively within heterogeneous collaboration ecosystems—MS Teams, Slack, Mattermost, Jira, Confluence, and others—bridging communication across diverse technical and organizational environments.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline coordination processes, improve document traceability, and enhance overall program communication efficiency.
