AWS Life Sciences in the Applied AI Solutions org is working on a new AI agent application in the clinical trials domain. Clinical trials are the most time‑consuming and costly step in bringing new drugs to market, and we aim to automate and accelerate this process to improve health outcomes for patients.
We are a new team building an enterprise‑grade end‑user application that orchestrates multiple AI agents to streamline the entire clinical‑trial process, from planning and monitoring to FDA submission. The team operates like a startup, working with early beta customers to iterate quickly.
We are looking for entrepreneurial front‑end engineers to build human‑to‑AI agent experiences in collaboration with product, design, and science teams. Excellent customer experience and design are key to this product’s success.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of experience with agile software development methodology.
Experience with front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
