IT Business Senior Analyst - ServiceNow Administrator Join to apply for the IT Business Senior Analyst - ServiceNow Administrator role at Denver Water . This role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, testing, and developing business processes and procedures within the assigned section. The analyst ensures that software developed meets quality standards and requirements, completing verification and validation processes. Key Responsibilities Lead development of application standards, taxonomy, and best practices, and promote acceptance of standards. Provide project status reports according to communication plans. Plan and execute verification and validation to ensure software meets business requirements, including defining test data and evaluating outcomes. Coordinate with application developers throughout the system lifecycle. Train business partners on functionalities. Document all project stages including requirements, risks, configuration, testing, and procedures. Administer and modify systems to meet new requirements, including upgrades and enhancements. Assist or lead new system implementations, including requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis. Maintain and enhance applications using platform configuration tools. Ensure processes comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot system problems and improve client experience. Generate reports and data extracts for metrics and analytics. Support complex business processes and ensure security policies are integrated into solutions. Implement security tools properly. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications and Experience Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Equivalent certifications or experience may substitute for formal education. Preferred Experience At least 3 years working with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, Catalog Management). At least 4 years supporting IT infrastructure and enterprise applications. At least 2 years in solution configuration, validation, and deployment. Certifications and Licenses Complete HIPAA training within 6 months. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. SQL database experience preferred. ITIL certification preferred.
