Envista is searching for a

Director, Strategy

to drive corporate strategy development with the executive team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-MBA experience at a reputable strategy consulting firm, high emotional intelligence, and a proven ability to work closely with executives to develop and align strategies, as well as communicate them across internal and external stakeholders. REPORTS TO:

SVP, Strategy & Corporate Development Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Drive corporate strategy development with the senior executive team and manage the annual strategic planning process across all business units of the company, with the SVP’s guidance. Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, SVP Strategy & Corporate Development, and VP of IR to translate the company’s strategy, vision, and key decisions / developments for consumption by various internal and external stakeholders: e.g., top company leaders, broad employee base, Board of Directors, shareholders & investment community, and potentially customers or partners. Act as a trusted advisor to executives and leadership team members of Envista’s Operating Companies, providing counsel and support for market research, strategy development, creation of transformative business initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships to maximize clarity and impact. Drive market and competitive analyses, VOC research, financial modeling and data analyses for critical strategy and/or M&A projects. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree. MBA or comparable advanced degree. 2-4 years post-MBA experience at a top strategy consulting firm, having demonstrated success in partnering with client leadership teams to drive strategic development and implementation. Strong experience in strategy, communications, and change management and familiarity with M&A, business development, and strategic frameworks. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, especially in PowerPoint; ability to flex style depending on audience (e.g., broad employee base vs Board of Directors). Strong creative drive. MedTech industry experience is a plus but not required.
