Tata Consultancy Services . Experience and Skills: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including objects, relationships, and permissions. Proficiency in Einstein Analytics tools such as dataflows, recipes, SOSL, SOQL, SAQL, JSON, and lenses. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating external data sources. Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning principles (Einstein Discovery is a plus). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM Certification is a plus. Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, REST APIs, and integration techniques. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum.
