This role involves overseeing historic preservation, rehabilitation, and new construction projects across various sectors such as retail, residential, and institutional settings. Responsibilities include: Managing daily site operations from start to finish. Coordinating with subcontractors and trades to meet project milestones. Ensuring compliance with design specifications and blueprints. Using Procore and other management tools effectively. Contributing to historic preservation and renovation projects. Required Skills: 8-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven experience with historic preservation, schools, parks, libraries, and community centers. Strong subcontractor and trade management skills. Design-Build experience is essential. Proficiency in Procore, Excel, and interpreting construction drawings. Additional Qualifications: Experience with historical renovation and preservation. Familiarity with the Georgetown construction landscape. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range is $45.67 - $52.88/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, and PTO. This is a fully onsite position in Washington, D.C., with an application deadline of May 26, 2025.
