Compensation: $70,000 $85,000 DOE

About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join ourcommercial construction team, supporting exciting clubhouse and amenity centerprojects. This role focuses on the landscaping or masonry scope of work, ensuringthese specialized areas run smoothly from concept to completion. This position is primarily office-based with limited field involvement and is designed tosupport project managers by handling coordination, documentation, andcommunication. You'll play an essential role in keeping projects on track- managingsubmittals, purchase orders, schedules, and vendor communication. At our company, we believe growth comes from collaboration. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all project documentation and submittals specific to landscaping or masonry scopes. Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensurematerials, schedules, and approvals stay on track. Prepare and track purchase orders, submittals, and material deliveryschedules. Support project managers by handling repetitive coordination tasks and ensuringinformation is accurate and complete. Attend occasional site meetings to stay informed on project progress andfieldneeds. Maintain organized records, logs, and files for active and completedprojects. Assist with estimating or takeoffs as needed (limited scope). Collaborate closely with internal project teams to ensure seamless coordinationand project efficiency. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the landscaping or masonryindustry (required). Strong understanding of construction documentation, submittal processes,andprocurement. Excellent communication skills- comfortable interacting with field crews,vendors, and project managers. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast- pacedenvironment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience withconstruction management software a plus. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
