What You Will Do: Responsible for the day-to-day management, operation, and accountability for a functional area. Makes decisions within guidelines that impact financial and performance objectives. Oversees staff, budget, and compliance for business services and admissions.
Ensure departmental objectives and priorities are met daily.
Develop and monitor departmental budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
Maintain organized operations for efficiency and accuracy of work and information flow.
Direct and coordinate staff activities, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee inpatient/outpatient admissions and registration processes for compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with nursing, finance, and other departments to integrate business services into patient care.
Monitor key indicators for admitting/registration practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
Implement new programs and procedures to improve services and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
