What You’ll Do In this role, you will join the Technology Strategy and Operations team, focusing on the customer and growth programs. Your work will directly impact CoreWeave’s growth strategy and roadmap and help build first class customer experiences.

About The Role As the Product Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of high value customer and growth programs to support the overall strategic goals of CoreWeave. You will develop design and launch customer and growth programs that build customer loyalty and growth and provide insights about the customer needs and the market, ensuring CoreWeave remains at the forefront of the AI Hyperscaler market. Collaborating closely with product and go‑to‑market teams, you will guide the customer experiences and growth strategies maintaining a balance between cutting‑edge technology, user‑friendliness, and market viability.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

Proven experience (5+ years) in product strategy, product management or product operations, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, Cloud and SaaS technologies.

Good understanding of the AI and ML technology landscape, including current trends and potential future directions.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive product vision and strategy across diverse teams.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of making data‑informed decisions.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts.

Preferred

Experience in customer and growth programs (e.g., customer advisory boards)

Experience in designing customer sentiment and experience programs, processes, and metrics

Experience in collaborating with go‑to‑market teams rolling out successful growth programs

Benefits The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
