You’ll address inquiries about policies, process changes and manage claims in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities

Check emails and voicemails to stay up to date on client inquiries.

Assisting clients with inquiries about policies, processing changes and managing claims in English and Spanish.

Field calls and welcome walk‑in customers, ensuring a positive experience.

Collaborate with agents to provide exceptional customer service.
