Guest Service Hotline Agent – Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort
Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking to hire a Guest Service Hotline Agent to provide memorable experiences for guests at our oceanfront hotel, which features five tower buildings and over 150,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
Shift Pattern:
AM, PM Pay Range:
$26.01 – $32.51
Responsibilities
Answer calls from guests, offices, and other departments in a courteous and efficient manner.
Provide assistance to guests and team members with questions, requests, and service needs.
Dispatch requests to the appropriate departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) and field guest complaints and problems.
Ensure all service requests are answered within 15 minutes from receipt of call and follow up to give status updates.
Generate tracking and log reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and/or annual basis, and analyze, sort, and organize data as required.
Maintain, organize, and retrieve files of records, work orders, reports and related papers, lifting or transporting objects up to 50 lb. and up to 6 ft. high.
Utilize the telephone and mobile phone system to dispatch requests or needs to the Housekeeping and Maintenance Team Members as well as any hotel team member required in response to the guest and team member requests.
Qualifications
At least one year of customer service experience.
Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
Knowledge of the hotel industry is beneficial.
Proficient verbal communication in English; Japanese communication is a plus.
