Job Description As a Project Manager at Davis H. Elliot, you will be required to oversee
Telecommunications Construction
work in commercial, industrial, and healthcare environments. Responsibilities for this position will include:
Ensuring safe performance of the work.
Effectively communicating with
Technicians, Electricians ,
Sub-Contractors , customers, engineers, and other employees.
Developing new business and maintaining customer relationships.
Assisting estimators on bids for new projects.
Purchasing materials and contracting with subcontractors.
Scheduling equipment, resources, and Work in Progress for active projects
Financial management of projects, including billing, change management, and cost projections.
Developing team members at all levels of the organization.
Managing General Foremen and Foremen directly.
Managing backlog and planning for future manpower needs.
Qualifications
Passionate about the safety of fellow employees.
Preferred:
Engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
5+ Years of experience recommended.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software,
Bluebeam & Google Workspace, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid etc.
BICSI Knowledge and certifications preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency with NEC, NFPA 70E, and local codes.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
