HVAC Service Manager

Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services. Now expanding into HVAC, we’re seeking a skilled manager to join our family-oriented team and deliver top-tier heating and cooling services. Job Description As a HVAC Service Manager at Davis H. Elliot you will be required to oversee HVAC service and construction work in residential, commercial, and healthcare environments. Responsibilities for this position will include: Ensuring safe performance of the work. Effectively communicating with technicians, customers, engineers, and other employees. Developing new business and maintaining customer relationships. Assisting estimators on bids for new projects. Purchasing materials and contracting with subcontractors. Scheduling equipment, resources, and manpower for projects. Financial management of projects, including billing, change management, and cost projections. Developing team members at all levels of the organization. Qualifications Passionate about the safety of fellow employees Engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience in the construction industry 5+ Years of experience recommended Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software Valid driver's license Proficiency with NEC, NFPA 70E, and local codes Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening Today, we are listed among Engineering News-Records Top 150 Specialty Contracting firms.
