Fleet Compliance Specialist

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a
Fleet Compliance Coordinator
to join our team! The Fleet Compliance Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions related to fleet assets including trucks, trailers, ISO containers and forklifts. The Coordinator is also responsible for administrative functions related to DOT compliance of the fleet.

What You Will Be Doing
Work with procurement on fleet units being sold by sending titles to buyer and updating EAM system with necessary information
Review tolls and process for payment in a timely manner
Review tank inspection reports of cargo, tube trailers and ISO containers updating status and documentation in EAM system
Monitor roadside inspection violations and notify driver compliance specialist of any violations
Coordinate with risk management to ensure that all fleet vehicles are insured and have appropriate documentation
Work with procurement to identify new forklifts being leased and communicate with branch locations to get check‑in paperwork completed timely
Fleet Inventory involvement
Conduct monthly trailer lease invoice reviews to identify trailers that have been returned but we are still being invoiced for
Distribute license plates and IFTA sticker to regional locations
Data plate ordering and paperwork processing
Be cross trained and serve as backup for driver compliance and other fleet activities
Other duties as assigned
