Fleet Manager
to join our team! The Fleet Manager is responsible for managing diverse fleet, distribution equipment policies, specifications, purchasing, maintenance requirements, and vehicle data related to specifications and repairs.

Salary Range- $ 106,575 to $ 156,310
(commensurate with industry experience)
What you will be doing:
Develop and maintain equipment specifications, maintenance standards, and management systems.
Serve as a point of contact for distribution operations to optimize supplier relationships, resolve operational issues, and support new equipment needs, training, and maintenance requirements.
Analyze data from diverse sources to drive continuous improvement in equipment performance.
Procure equipment, materials, and services from approved suppliers at the lowest evaluated cost while ensuring quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
Improve compliance and utilization of management control tools.
Lead commercial activities with suppliers and operations, focusing on vehicle performance, reliability, and maintenance optimization.
Leading role in annual fleet build.
Apply total cost of ownership principles to achieve cost reduction, improved service, and productivity gains.
Drive continuous improvement through Linde's quality system.
Assist in developing standards and training for vehicle delivery operations.
Qualifications What makes you great:
Education Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 10 years of fleet management or vehicle repair experience.
Minimum 10 years of cryogenic knowledge.
Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability methodologies, including preventive maintenance strategies.
Excellent communication, team interaction, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
