Wastewater Operations Supervisor – Roseburg, OR
We’re looking for a Wastewater Operations Supervisor to lead operations and maintenance at a class four wastewater treatment facility. You will work closely with project staff to maintain permit compliance, optimize processes, and train operators.
Base pay range $79,040.00 – $91,520.00 per year
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Monitor wastewater treatment operations and make process decisions.
Diagnose process and equipment issues and work with the team to correct them.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
Conduct plant inspections for operational efficiency and cleanliness.
Supervise, train, and evaluate operations team members.
Respond professionally to emergencies and perform other duties as needed.
Here’s what you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Oregon/ABC Wastewater Treatment Level 3 Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
5+ years of experience in wastewater treatment or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Valid state driver’s license with no major infractions.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Knowledge of activated sludge wastewater treatment operations and process control.
Experience with compliance monitoring and reporting.
Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, and CMMS programs.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and respond effectively to challenges.
