The role: You’ll join our high‑velocity sales team to drive early‑stage growth in the facilities management market. Responsibilities include outreach, qualifying opportunities, maintaining CRM hygiene and setting the stage for full‑cycle sales.
Responsibilities
Engaging prospects through cold‑calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for Account Executives
Researching target companies and decision‑makers to build a strong pipeline
Maintaining and updating the CRM to reflect accurate lead status and next steps
Contributing to team momentum by participating in stand‑ups, coaching sessions and continuous improvement of our approach
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1‑2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience.
You are a strong communicator who is resilient, coachable and excited about building a career in tech sales.
You are comfortable with cold outreach and motivated to exceed targets.
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You bring a hunger to succeed in a startup environment, and ideally you have exposure to commercial real estate or broker networks (a strong plus).
