Description HyerTek is looking for

Microsoft Trainers

to support our growing demand for Microsoft training delivery across the United States. This is a 1099 contractor role, offering flexibility to collaborate while applying your expertise to lead 1–5-day training sessions, both virtually and on-site, tailoring the Microsoft curriculum to meet the specific needs and skill levels of client organizations. You will deliver hands‑on labs and practical exercises, guiding learners through the material to ensure they master key concepts.

Trainers will collaborate with our training delivery lead and instructional design team to ensure course content is up-to-date with the latest Microsoft features, best practices, and certifications. You will also serve as the technical expert for your training engagements, conducting pre‑training consultations to understand client needs and providing post‑training support and guidance for continued learning. Requirements Certifications & Expertise

Current Microsoft certifications in one or more focus areas:

Azure:

Solutions Architect, Administrator, Developer, or Security Engineer

Power Platform:

Power BI Data Analyst, Power Platform Functional Consultant, or Developer

Dynamics 365:

Functional Consultant, Developer, or Solutions Architect

Microsoft 365:

Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator, or Teams Administrator

Professional Experience

5+ years

of hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments

3+ years

delivering professional training, technical workshops, or adult education

Proven track record in training diverse audiences (technical and business users)

Experience with both virtual and in‑person training delivery platforms

Core Competencies

Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse learner groups

Flexibility to travel up to 50% domestically for on‑site training delivery

Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearance (if required)

Must be a U.S. Citizen
