As a Universal Customer Care Representative, youll have the opportunity to work with customers across all of our locations, going beyond routine transactions to create meaningful connections and shape their experience with our banks. From the moment a customer walks through our doors or drives up to the window, youll be at the heart of delivering exceptional serviceprocessing transactions, supporting online banking and debit card needs, and answering questions accurately and professionally. Each day brings new opportunities to connect with people, provide solutions, and collaborate with your teammates, while ongoing training helps you expand your knowledge of our products and services and grow your professional skills.
