In this role, you’ll help customers with their everyday banking needs, build meaningful connections, and be part of a supportive team that is dedicated to serving our communities. As a Universal Customer Care Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to work with customers across all of our locations, going beyond routine transactions to create meaningful connections and shape their experience with our banks. From the moment a customer walks through our doors or drives up to the window, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service—processing transactions, supporting online banking and debit card needs, and answering questions accurately and professionally. Each day brings new opportunities to connect with people, provide solutions, and collaborate with your teammates, while ongoing training helps you expand your knowledge of our products and services and grow your professional skills. We know that taking care of our employees is just as important as taking care of our customers. We also provide a 401(k)/Profit Sharing plan to help you plan for your future. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 to $18, depending on experience and qualifications.
