As the Manager, Supply and Demand Planning, your primary responsibility is to drive business operations acceleration of Ledge as we rapidly grow and scale up. You will play a key role in building, implementing, and facilitating customized Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP+) processes and Integrated Business Process capability across the enterprise to improve operational execution, growth, customer satisfaction, lead‑times, and working capital. This individual will be a key player on the management team driving operational effectiveness across the organization and enabling Ledge’s scale‑up acceleration. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Demand and Supply Planning (S&OP) Processes: integrate sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory management. Maintain planning models and parameters within NetSuite and Singuli; generate and analyze company performance against KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, and capacity utilization, recommending process improvements and standardizing workflows. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams, gathering input and ensuring alignment of plans across sales, marketing, production, finance, and other relevant departments, and aligning S&OP plans with budgetary constraints and financial goals. Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and historical data to create accurate sales forecasts; coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate inventory levels while minimizing excess. Monitor and report performance against established KPIs for S&OP processes, providing insights into discrepancies or deviations from the plan and utilizing advanced planning tools for accurate forecasting, data analysis, and decision‑making. Proactively manage risk by identifying potential supply‑chain disruptions and developing mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process, incorporating feedback and adapting strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field. Minimum 4 years of industry, CPG, or other relevant business experience. Proven analytical skills and the ability to create compelling fact‑based presentations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action, adjust to change, and persuade at all levels. Planning system experience required; experience with Singuli is a plus.
