Position Overview We are excited to announce several openings for Territory Sales Managers across newly established regions in the United States and Canada. Open Territories include but not limited to: New England, NYC/NJ, Mid Atlantic, Texas, Chicago, Arizona/SE, Northern CA Pacific NW and Southern CA. These positions offer an incredible opportunity to join a growing organization dedicated to improving Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and creating healthier environments for businesses and consumers alike.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will represent our full line of IAQ products—including air purifiers, filtration systems, and environmental control technologies—across both B2B and B2C markets. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, building strong relationships with customers and distributors, and driving sustainable sales growth within your assigned territory.
This role requires regular travel throughout your region to meet with customers, attend trade events, and support sales initiatives. Must reside in geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Growth: Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in your assigned territory.
Customer Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market outreach.
Product Representation: Promote and demonstrate our complete range of IAQ products, emphasizing quality, performance, and health benefits.
Channel Expansion: Strengthen and expand partnerships with distribution networks and channel partners to maximize sales reach.
Market Insight: Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and regional market conditions to guide sales strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and territory activity within the CRM system.
Qualifications
5–7+ years of experience in sales within the IAQ, HVAC, building products, or related technical industries preferred.
Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding territory sales goals in both B2B and B2C environments.
Strong understanding of distribution, channel management, and consultative selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or environmental sciences preferred.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned territory (up to 70%).
