Banking – Credit Risk Key Responsibilities
Lead UAT activities for a critical Credit Risk project. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure testing aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Develop test plans, create and review test cases, manage onshore and offshore testing teams, and drive defect triage and resolution. Coordinate across multiple teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes within project timelines. Key Requirements
Deep expertise in UAT processes and a solid understanding of the Credit Risk domain. Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Rally for tracking user stories, test cases, and defects. Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with compliance and regulatory testing standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
