Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and engage opportunities in the education sector via cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking events.
Qualification: Research prospects, understand needs, pain points, and buying behaviors; qualify leads per criteria.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with administrators, IT professionals, educators to position solutions.
Solution Presentation: Articulate value through presentations and demos, tailoring messaging to pain points.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, update and prioritize leads.
Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing to refine outreach, messaging, and strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Track record of success in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in education or software.
Excellent communication and influence skills.
Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Results‑driven mindset, passion for exceeding targets.
Adaptability in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Knowledge of education sector trends and regulatory requirements is a plus.
